My top three tips for maintaining a positive attitude


Train Your Brain- Maintaining a positive outlook on life all of the time is not realistic, shit happens to us in life so therefore I am not down with the movement of people who say ‘be positive all of the time’, However I am all for a positive attitude because this mindset will take you places in life. I would recommend showing gratitude daily by being thankful for the things you have in life. Take a few minutes out of each day and write down 10 things you are grateful for.

Meditation- Download the app ‘headspace’ and start learning the basics of meditation which is essentially just focusing on sitting still and breathing. Headspace is a great app and I have never looked back since using this app because I now use the methods to meditate. Regular meditation has been proven to increase serotonin ( The feel good hormone) and reduce cortisol (The stress hormone) which will lead to a much more positive attitude.

Exercise Regularly- 110% exercise daily will improve your state of mind, this could be going for a walk outside or pumping some iron in the gym. Do something everyday and this will work wonders for your mind.
