Non ground floor deliveries and steps - Due to OH&S, deliveries above or below, ground floor are at the carriers discretion and are not guaranteed. This includes (but not limited to) steps that are immediately outside the premises, which are required to climb in order to gain access to the property.
While HGPFE couriers endeavor to deliver all orders in full. short deliveries can happen during the busy season.
Short deliveries must be reported to Home gym Plus within 3 business days of signing, so we at Home gym's plus can take the appropriate actions to ensure a full delivery is made.
When accepting deliveries, the customer is responsible for reading the proof of delivery docket before signing and must count the amount of cartons being delivered and ensuring that this matches the amount on the couriers notes.
